Measurement Guide

To measure yourself, use a tape measure and wrap it around the specified points. Ensure it is snug but not too tight.

• Chest circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest (usually at nipple level).
• Waist circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your hip bones.
• Hips circumference: Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping your legs together.
