The sale of products offered on our website,
www.d-exterior.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “D.Exterior”),
is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products purchased on the Website are sold directly by COSE

by contacting customer@d-exterior.com. Here you can find information regarding
orders and shipping, refunds, and the return of products purchased on the
Website.
1. Our Commercial Policy
1.1 – The D.Exterior Website offers products for sale
and conducts e-commerce activities exclusively with end users who qualify as
“consumers”.
1.2 – The term “consumer” refers to any natural
person accessing www.d-exterior.com for purposes unrelated to any commercial,
business, or professional activity that they may carry out.
1.3 – In accordance with its commercial policy,
D.Exterior reserves the right not to process orders placed by persons other
than consumers or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4 – These General Terms and Conditions of Sale
govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products
available on the Website and the relationship between Website users and
D.Exterior.
2. How to Enter into a Contract with D.Exterior
2.1 – To enter into a purchase contract for one or
more products in the online shop at www.d-exterior.com, you must complete the
electronic order form and submit it to D.Exterior electronically, following the
relevant instructions.
2.2 – The order form includes a reference to these
General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information concerning the right
of withdrawal. It also contains a summary of the essential characteristics of
each product ordered and its price, including all applicable taxes and duties,
the payment methods available for purchasing each product, the delivery methods
for the products purchased, shipping and delivery costs, the conditions
governing the exercise of your right of withdrawal, and the procedures and time
limits for returning purchased products.
2.3 – The contract is concluded when D.Exterior
receives your order form electronically, subject to verification of the
accuracy of the information relating to your order, including confirmation of
payment by credit card.
2.4 – Before purchasing the products by submitting
the order form, you will be asked to carefully read these General Terms and
Conditions of Sale and the information concerning the right of withdrawal.
2.5 – The order form will be stored in our database
for the period necessary to process the orders and, in any case, for the period
required by law.
2.6 – Prices published in the online shop, payments,
and order invoices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free for
orders within Italy exceeding €350.00. The languages available for entering
into a contract with D.Exterior are Italian and English.
2.7 – Once the contract has been concluded,
D.Exterior will process your purchase order. Orders placed under separate
contracts will be processed and shipped separately.
2.8 – D.Exterior may refuse to process purchase
orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, are incomplete or
incorrect, or concern products that are unavailable. In such cases, we will
inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that
D.Exterior has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If products displayed in the online shop are no longer
available or on sale when you last access the Website or submit the order form,
D.Exterior will promptly notify you of any unavailability and, in any event,
within ten (10) days from the day following the submission of your order to
D.Exterior. If you have submitted the order form and paid the price, D.Exterior
will refund the amount already paid.
2.9 – By submitting the order form electronically,
you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and
Conditions of Sale in your dealings with D.Exterior. If you do not agree with
any of the terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please
do not submit an order form to purchase products.
2.10 – By submitting the order form, you confirm that
you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the
additional information provided on the Website, including information made
available through links, such as the Privacy Policy and the information
concerning the right of withdrawal.
2.11 – Once the contract has been concluded,
D.Exterior will send you an email confirming receipt and processing of your
purchase order. This email will contain the information already included in the
order form, including references to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
and the information concerning the right of withdrawal, the essential
characteristics of the product, the detailed price, the available payment
methods, your right of withdrawal, and delivery costs.
A further email will be sent when the parcel is handed over
to the courier, providing the tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
3. Product Guarantees and Price Information
3.1 – The online shop at www.d-exterior.com offers
exclusively products bearing the D.Exterior trademark.
3.2 – D.Exterior does not sell used, irregular, or
lower-quality products compared with the corresponding standards available on
the market.
3.3 – The essential characteristics of the products
are presented on the Website. However, the images and colours of the products
offered for sale may differ from the actual products due to the Internet
browser and monitor used.
3.4 – Product prices may be updated from time to
time. Please check the final sale price before submitting the relevant order
form.
3.5 – All products are fitted with an identification
tag secured by a single-use seal. We ask that you do not remove the tag or its
seal from purchased products, as they form an integral part of the product.
3.6 – If you exercise your right of withdrawal,
D.Exterior reserves the right to refuse returns of products that are missing
their identification tag, have been altered in their essential or qualitative
characteristics, or have been damaged.
4. Payments
4.1 – Payment for the products and the related
shipping and delivery costs may be made using the methods indicated in the
order form.
4.2 – If you pay by credit card, financial
information (such as your credit or debit card number or expiry date) will be
transmitted through an encrypted protocol to PayPal or other banks and/or
financial institutions providing the relevant remote electronic payment
services, preventing third parties from accessing such information.
This information will never be used by D.Exterior except to
complete the procedures relating to your purchase, issue refunds in the event
of product returns following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or
prevent or report suspected fraud on the Website to the police authorities.
The purchase price of the products and the shipping costs,
as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account upon completion
of the purchase order.
5. Shipping and Delivery of Products
Please pay careful attention to the information in this
section, as it forms an integral and substantial part of these General Terms
and Conditions of Sale and is therefore deemed to have been fully read and
accepted by you upon submission of the order form.
5.1 – The Website www.d-exterior.com can be accessed
from anywhere in the world. However, products available on the Website may only
be purchased by users requesting delivery to Italy or EU countries. For further
information, please contact customer@d-exterior.com.
5.2 – Shipping to Italy and EU countries is free for
orders exceeding €350.00. Shipments are handled by the national courier
SDA for Italy and DHL for the rest of Europe.
5.3 – If the order does not exceed this threshold,
the following charges will apply for STANDARD delivery (2–5 business
days):
Italy SDA Standard Service: €13.00
5.4 - If DHL Express delivery (2 business days) is selected, the costs will be as follows:
Italy DHL Express Service: €19.00
Europe DHL Express Service: €29.00
5.5 – Items are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are: 2 business days for main destinations in Italy, and 3-4 business days for remote destinations in Italy and EU countries.
5.6 – When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
5.7 – Upon arrival of the goods, please check the package before signing as proof of delivery. If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with, please sign for receipt with reservation or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, please report the incident immediately to the courier and contact D.Exterior at customer@d-exterior.com
If the package appears damaged or if part of the merchandise is missing, you must keep the packaging for further verification. Any claims regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by D.Exterior within 3 days from the courier's delivery date, otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
5.8 - By placing an order, you establish a commercial relationship with D.Exterior and therefore agree to accept delivery of your package. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the recipient refuses the delivery, shipping costs and any other charges will be deducted from the refund due.
5.9 – You may request any information regarding the shipping and delivery of products from our customer service team by writing to customer@d-exterior.com
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1 – You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with D.Exterior by making a return request within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you received the order.
6.2 – To obtain return authorization and exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill out the request form specifying the code of the product you wish to return.
Once you have received authorization, you may proceed with the return.
You may not proceed with shipment without this authorization.
What do you need to fill out the form?
ONLY the email address used to place the order and access to your inbox.
You will receive an identification code in your inbox that will grant you access to your order. You will need to select the item you wish to return and submit the authorization request. You will then be able to print the courier's shipping label and proceed with the return
6.3 – After preparing the package, hand it over to the nearest SDA drop-off point if you are in Italy, or to a DHL drop-off point if you are in the rest of Europe

6.4 – By using the courier indicated by D.Exterior, the return shipping costs are covered by D.Exterior and you will not have to pay for the return costs yourself.
6.5 – Should you decide to use a courier other than the one indicated by D.Exterior, the costs for returning the purchased products will be at your expense.
6.6 – The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to complying with the terms and methods described in points 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 above – shall be deemed correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully met:
a. the return request submitted directly via the RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL FORM or other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly filled out and sent to D.Exterior within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products;
b. the products must not have been used, worn, or washed;
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item;
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
e. the products must not be damaged.
6.7 – If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the methods and timeframes indicated in this paragraph 6, D.Exterior shall refund the amounts already collected for the purchase of the products according to the provided methods and terms.
6.8 – The amounts will be refunded to you as quickly as possible and, in any case, within no more than 7 working days from the date the return is received at D.Exterior’s warehouses.
6.9 – If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, as referred to in letters a) and e) of the previous paragraph 6, are not met, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to D.Exterior. Within 14 days of the email being sent informing you that the return has not been accepted, you may choose to have the products sent back to you, at your own expense, in the state in which they were returned to D.Exterior, by notifying D.Exterior itself in the manner that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, D.Exterior may retain the products, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase. If the conditions referred to in letters b), c), and d) of the previous paragraph 6.6 are not met, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the amounts already paid to D.Exterior. Indeed, you will be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned products resulting from use other than what is authorized by D.Exterior for the purpose of allowing you to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products themselves. In this case, a percentage between 10 and 90 percent of the amounts you paid to D.Exterior for the purchase of the returned products will be deducted from the expected refund, according to what will be specifically communicated to you via email by D.Exterior. Within 14 days of the email being sent informing you of the amount deducted from the refund, you may choose to have the products sent back to you, at your own expense, in the state in which they were returned to D.Exterior, by notifying D.Exterior itself in the manner that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, D.Exterior may retain the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.
7. Refund times and methods
7.1 – After the products have been returned, D.Exterior will carry out the necessary checks regarding their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 6. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, D.Exterior will send you the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products via email.
7.2 – Regardless of the payment method you used, the refund is initiated by D.Exterior as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 7 working days from the date the return is received at D.Exterior’s warehouses.
7.3 – If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment for the sums due for their purchase, the refund, in the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, will be executed by D.Exterior in any case to the person who made the payment.
7.4 – D.Exterior designates the courier SDA for returns from Italy and the express courier DHL for returns from the EU. By using these couriers, you can return products to D.Exterior without paying the necessary costs yourself. This method also allows you to track the location of each package at any time, releasing you from any liability in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.
7.5 – In the event that you decide to use a courier other than the one indicated by D.Exterior to return the products, you will have to pay the necessary costs yourself, and you will remain liable for any loss or damage to the products during transport, in accordance with the methods and terms provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

8.2 – We also ask you to read, if you have not already done so, our General Conditions of Use, as they contain important information on how we process our users' personal data and the security systems adopted.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
9.1 – Dispute resolution - Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 14 of the General Conditions of Sale, if you would like information on the possibility of joining the European ODR Platform for the alternative resolution of disputes that may arise in relation to purchases made on our site, or if you intend to initiate a new alternative resolution procedure via the European ODR Platform, please access the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
9.2 – In the event of disputes between D.Exterior and any end user arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the competent court shall be that of Brescia.
10. Amendments and supplements
10 – The General Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on the website www.d-exterior.com
